Business Law
I'll admit it, saying that I can advise on business law is not that really that helpful. In my defence it's a big topic. But what I can say is this, in my 25 years of practice I've advised all types of businesses on many, many different issues, from employment contracts to non-disclosure agreements; from intellectual property to data protection regulation; from investment and shareholder agreements to the restructuring of complex company structures.
One thing I do know is that businesses want clear advice and not a laundry list of if, buts and maybes. Whilst no lawyer can (or should) claim to be able to solve every legal issue a business faces they cannot expect to be paid for the privilege of giving "no-advice advice".
