I coordinate legal advice across jurisdictions for clients spanning the UK, the EU and beyond — drawing on 25 years as a solicitor and TEP practising across the City of London and Monaco.
Overview
Clients with interests in more than one jurisdiction rarely need a single lawyer so much as someone to make sense of the whole picture — where advice from different jurisdictions overlaps, conflicts, or leaves gaps. That coordinating role is where I add the most value.
Having practised across England & Wales and Monaco, and worked closely with counsel across Europe and beyond, I bring a working understanding of how different jurisdictions' rules interact, and the judgement to know when local specialist advice is needed.
My advice is underpinned not only by my experience, but by an MSc in Law and Private Wealth Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Wealth Management, CLT/STEP International Diplomas in Trust Creation Law and Practice and Trust Administration and Accounts, and an Advanced Certificate in Trust Disputes.
